This Agreement (referred to as "Agreement") constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the MyTPE website, developed and published by SPAS MyTPE ("MyTPE", "we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you", "your") who accept the terms of this Agreement by clicking the "I Accept" checkbox. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

MyTPE (mytpe.app) is a comprehensive digital platform designed to facilitate business management and online payment in Algeria. Our platform offers: • Simplified invoice generation and management • Secure online payment processing • POS (Point of Sale) system integration • TPE (Payment Terminal) fleet management • Online store creation and management • MyTPE Pay - A fully digital payment solution Our mission is to modernize and simplify commercial operations for businesses of all sizes across Algeria.

By checking the box "Yes, I have read and accept the terms and conditions of use" in the registration form, you designate yourself as a "User" of the MyTPE platform. As a registered user, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

When you create an account on MyTPE, you are responsible for: • Creating a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms • Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure • Changing your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access • Not sharing your account access with third parties • Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices MyTPE implements industry-standard security measures to protect your credentials, including encryption and secure data storage. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account.

It is the user's responsibility to verify that generated documents (invoices, quotes, receipts, etc.) comply with their expectations and the legislation of their country. MyTPE provides tools and templates designed to meet common business requirements, but: • Users must ensure documents contain all legally required information • Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into documents • Users should consult with legal or accounting professionals if uncertain about compliance • MyTPE is not liable for errors or omissions in user-generated documents We regularly update our templates to reflect changes in Algerian regulations, but final compliance responsibility rests with the user.

MyTPE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made: • We will notify users via email and/or platform notification at least 14 days before changes take effect • The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date • Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms • If you do not agree with the modified terms, you must stop using the platform We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Pricing and charges related to MyTPE services are governed by the following terms: • Current Pricing: All rates can be viewed on our website under each subscription and plan • Non-Transferable: Purchased services cannot be transferred to other accounts or users • Non-Refundable: Services are non-refundable, even if unused during a paid billing period • Price Adjustments: We may adjust prices with 14 days' notice; continued use indicates acceptance • Billing Cycles: Price changes do not apply to the current billing period • Subscription Continuity: Subscriptions remain active until actively cancelled by the subscriber Payment methods accepted include local bank cards, international cards, and other payment solutions as indicated on our platform.

MyTPE provides its services "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for: • Service Interruptions: Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues • Third-Party Services: Issues arising from integrated third-party payment processors or services • User Errors: Losses resulting from incorrect data entry or misuse of the platform • Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) • Indirect Damages: Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of MyTPE services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
