MyTPE is an all-in-one payment solution built for the Algerian market. It lets merchants accept CIB and EDAHABIA cards through a virtual terminal, payment links, a POS, or an online shop — and manage everything from a single dashboard.

Who can use MyTPE?

Any business registered in Algeria with a Commercial Register (RC) and a tax ID (NIF) can sign up. We support independent merchants, SMBs, large enterprises, and multi-merchant platforms.

Is MyTPE accredited?

MyTPE operates in partnership with SATIM, Algeria's national interbank payment operator. All CIB and EDAHABIA transactions are processed over the official SATIM network.

On which devices does MyTPE run?

The merchant dashboard runs in any modern browser (desktop, tablet, mobile). The dedicated merchant and consumer apps are being finalized.

Which payment methods are accepted?

CIB and EDAHABIA cards via the SATIM network. The TPE virtual wallet also supports instant internal transfers between MyTPE accounts.

How long before I receive funds?

Payments credit your MyTPE wallet in real time. Bank settlement is manual at launch (requested from the dashboard) and will switch to automatic with TPE virtual.

What happens if a payment fails?

The customer gets an immediate failure message with the reason (insufficient funds, expired card, bank refusal). No charge is made and the transaction stays visible in your history with its status.

How do I cancel or refund a transaction?

Refunds follow SATIM's rules. From the dashboard you can start a full or partial refund request, which is processed with your acquiring bank.

SATIM fees for CIB and EDAHABIA transactions follow the official schedule and are itemized on every invoice. High-volume merchants benefit from negotiated rates.

The starter tier is free to try the platform. Business and Enterprise tiers are quoted based on your volume and needs (multi-user, webhooks, custom integrations).
