Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — LEAP 2026

MyTPE participated in LEAP 2026 in Riyadh as part of the official Algerian startup delegation led by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, under H.E. Dr. Noureddine Ouadah, and supported by Algeria Venture. The Algerian Pavilion brought together national startups to showcase Algeria’s technological capabilities, entrepreneurial talent and growing innovation ecosystem on the international stage.

For MyTPE, LEAP was more than an international exhibition. It represented an important milestone: presenting a product that has reached a new level of maturity and market adoption in Algeria, while preparing for its next stage of international growth.

From a Payment Solution to a Payment Infrastructure

Our vision can be summarized in one statement:

One business account. One payment infrastructure. Multiple industry applications.

MyTPE is evolving beyond the concept of a simple virtual POS.

We are building a scalable payment and business infrastructure that enables companies to manage different collection scenarios from one environment: virtual payment terminals, payment links, QR Codes, online and in-store payments, centralized administration, real-time transaction monitoring and API integration with existing business systems.

The objective is simple: payments should no longer operate separately from the business.

For an insurance company, MyTPE can support collections across multiple agencies.

For a distribution company, a payment collected during delivery can be connected to its invoicing or ERP workflow.

For a hotel, payments can become part of the reservation journey.

For an event organizer, payments can be connected directly to ticketing and access management.

Different industries have different workflows, but they can all rely on one underlying payment infrastructure.

A Product Growing Through the Algerian Market

Our participation at LEAP was also an opportunity to demonstrate the progress MyTPE has achieved in Algeria.

The platform is already being applied to real collection use cases across different sectors. MyTPE currently showcases Algerian companies and institutions using its infrastructure, including organizations operating in insurance, distribution, services and institutional payment collection.

Working with real businesses has helped us understand the operational challenges behind payments: multi-branch environments, remote collection, transaction traceability, reconciliation, integration with existing systems and industry-specific requirements.

This experience is shaping the next generation of MyTPE.

Our ambition is not simply to provide another way to accept payments. It is to build a modular FinTech infrastructure capable of adapting to the business model of each industry.

Zakat Pay: Turning Infrastructure into an Industry Application

One of the strongest examples of this vision is Zakat Pay, developed around the MyTPE infrastructure in partnership with Algeria’s National Office of Endowments and Zakat (ONWZ).

The solution supports the digital collection of Zakat and Sadaqa across Algeria’s 58 wilayas, using virtual payment terminals, QR Codes, payment links and CIB & Edahabia payments, while providing centralized and real-time transaction traceability.

Zakat Pay demonstrates an important part of our strategy:

MyTPE provides the infrastructure. The industry module provides the experience.

The same philosophy can be applied to hospitality, insurance, restaurants, associations, distribution, events, education, professional services and many other industries.

This modular approach creates an ecosystem in which businesses can start with payments and progressively activate the services they need as they grow.

LEAP: Testing Our Vision Against a Global Ecosystem

LEAP gave the MyTPE team the opportunity to engage with entrepreneurs, technology companies, potential partners and investors from different markets.

Our objective was not simply to showcase an Algerian payment product in Saudi Arabia.

We wanted to understand how the MyTPE model could evolve for new markets, explore potential partnerships and prepare the foundations for future soft-landing and international expansion opportunities, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.

We believe that building internationally starts by creating a strong product at home, validating it through real use cases and then adapting the infrastructure to the regulatory, technological and business realities of each new market.

Connecting with the Algerian Diaspora in Saudi Arabia

During the mission, we also had the opportunity to participate in a meeting with members of the Algerian diaspora in Saudi Arabia at the Embassy of Algeria.

The discussions focused on Algeria’s evolving startup and innovation ecosystem, the opportunities being created for entrepreneurs and the potential role of the diaspora in building stronger bridges between Algeria, Saudi Arabia and international markets.

For startups with global ambitions, these connections matter.

International expansion is not only about technology. It also depends on local knowledge, partnerships, talent, investors and people capable of connecting ecosystems.

The Next Chapter for MyTPE

Our participation at LEAP 2026 reinforced our ambition to build, from Algeria, a FinTech infrastructure capable of scaling beyond its home market.

Our vision is increasingly structured around three pillars:

Payments. Business Management. Industry Applications.

A merchant should be able to start with a simple collection need and progressively expand into multiple terminals, branches, users, integrations and industry-specific applications — without rebuilding the payment infrastructure every time the business grows.

LEAP was an opportunity to present what we have already built.

More importantly, it helped us think about what comes next.

From Algeria to new markets. One business account. One payment infrastructure. Multiple industry applications.
