Custom Payment Forms
The Problem
Currently, all payment links collect the same standard customer information: name, email, and phone number. But every business is different — some need more information (like delivery addresses or sizing).
The Solution
Soon, you'll be able to create custom payment forms for your payment links:
Customizable Fields
- Toggle standard fields — Make name, email, or phone optional or required
- Add custom fields — Text, number, dropdown, date picker, file upload
- Field validation — Set patterns, min/max values, required formats
- Conditional logic — Show/hide fields based on other answers
Example Use Cases

New Advanced Link Types
We are expanding the "Smart Link" logic to support complex payment schedules.
1. Installment Payment Links (Split Pay)
Split Payments
Allow customers to pay in multiple installments. Define custom payment schedules with percentage or fixed amounts.
Configuration options:
- Number of tranches (2, 3, 4, or custom)
- Amount per tranche (percentage or fixed)
- Due dates for each payment
- Grace period settings
- Reminder notifications
Example: 4-Tranche Payment Plan

Create payment links for recurring charges — monthly subscriptions, annual fees, or custom billing cycles.

- Flexible billing cycles (weekly, monthly, yearly, custom)
- Auto-charge on schedule
- Customer self-service portal
- Pause/resume subscriptions
- Proration for mid-cycle changes
