Getting Started with MyTPE Pay
This guide will walk you through the essential steps to start accepting payments with MyTPE Pay. Follow these steps to go from account creation to your first live payment.
The Onboarding Journey
Before you can create payment links, you must complete the compliance and banking setup.
Account & Compliance
Regulatory Requirement: Before processing funds, we must verify your identity.
- Sign Up: Create your MyTPE account.
- Submit Identification: Upload your legal documents (RC for companies, ID card for individuals).
- Wait for Approval: Our compliance team reviews your documents. Once approved, the system generates your Brand entity.
Banking Configuration
You need a valid destination for your funds.
- Navigate to Banking in your dashboard.
- Add your RIP/RIB details.
- Verification: We verify the account belongs to the legal entity submitted in Step 1.
Create Your Virtual TPE Instance
An "Instance" is your virtual payment terminal. You can have multiple instances (e.g., one for "Algiers Store", one for "Oran Store").
- Go to Instances and click Create New.
- Give it a friendly name (e.g., "Main Store") and upload your logo.
- Activation: Pay the activation fee (if applicable) to enable the instance.
Generate API Keys
Now that you are compliant and active, you can connect your software.
- Navigate to Developer Settings.
- Click Generate New Key.
- Save your
X-API-KEYandX-API-SECRET.
Security Notice
Store your API Secret securely. It is only shown once and cannot be recovered.
Create Your First Payment Link
You are now ready to accept payments!
- Use the Dashboard or API to create a new Link.
- Choose your mode: Standard (Reusable) or One-Shot (Invoice).
- Share the generated URL with your customer.
Sharing Your Link
Once your payment link is active, you can share it via any channel:

| Invoices | Embed the link directly in your PDF invoice or email. |
| Social Media | Share "Standard" links in your bio or posts for products. |
| SMS / WhatsApp | Send "One-Shot" links directly to clients for instant payment. |
| QR Code | Print the QR code for in-store physical payments. |
