Lost your password? No worries — you can request a reset link in a few seconds.
How to request a reset link
Go to the forgot password page
On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link above the password field.
Enter your email
Type in the email address you used to create your MyTPE account.
Click "Send Reset Link"
Click the button and we'll send a password reset link to your email.
Check your inbox
You'll see a confirmation page with your email displayed. Open your inbox and look for the reset email.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the link
Click the reset link in the email. It will take you to the Reset Password page where you can set a new password.
The link didn't arrive?
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address.
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Click Try Different Email on the confirmation page to try again.
